1. Is success guaranteed?

We can not guarantee your success because success is a result of factors both controllable and uncontrollable. What we can guarantee is that you will significantly cut your learning curve thus reducing cost from time and resources. More important, we guarantee you will gain knowledge, discover new insights and improve your mental business model to run your business effectively for the long-term.

2. Why do I have to pay for consulting when I can get help from friends or elsewhere?

Commitment. A buyer who pays for something normally gives high regard to the item or service purchased while the seller who was paid for an item or service is obligated to perform outstandingly to satisfy the need of the buyer, to earn their trust and referrals.

Experience and skill. Friends and family can give you sound advice. However, in business, it is smarter to approach consultants as they can perform unbiased and objective analysis of situations and offer advice based on research, experience and years of training.

Consistency and support. Signing-up with us ensures you have someone to go to when you have business issues you need resolved or to brainstorm business with. Plus, you will have a team of specialists working behind, with and for you.

3. Do I have to share personal and business information?

We need to gather information in order for us to evaluate your current standing and assess methods to better serve you. Only relevant information that would help identify solutions to challenges and the discovery of opportunities will be collected. All the information you share and will share during the course of our relationship will all be kept confidential. We value your privacy as we value our integrity.

4. Am I going to be locked in a contract?

No. We purposely designed our service to be billed month-to-month because businesses do have its ups and downs. However, please do note that for your convenience, we have set-up our payment system to charge you automatically each month so you are assured of continued service. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

We recommend though for any business to enlist the services of a consultant for at least six (6) months for activity progression and assessments.

5. What if I need more help?

We can offer you extended assistance such as business plan writing, financial reviews and more consulting hours, if you so require. You must be willing and be able to agree on a service contract or agreement to cover the scope of work your business needs.

6. Can I reach you anytime?

You can send your requests anytime, 24/7, by phone or email. Our consultants have their own practice and are based in different states. However, we make it a point that our central office, which is based in California, check into phone and email requests every few hours. We are confident your questions will be answered regardless of time difference and location.
