Maria is a driven, value-based professional with a proven ability in business and marketing research, analysis, planning, implementation, and review of programs for business, products and/or services, both new and existing, having had extensive experience in high-paced international client account management. She holds expertise in business planning, business plan writing, business development, marketing strategy, business positioning, project management, process improvement, and advertising concepts and development.  She has full scope management experience from seed stage business to expansion stage business development. She is passionate about continued education and progressive change, always citing: "Learning does not end because if there is no learning, there is no growth."

GILDA GUEVARA  (Co-Founder)

Gilda is a highly analytical, business systems analyst with proven track record of developing tools and systems to solve business technical issues of international and national companies.  She  holds special expertise in system and process development to expedite and track work flows. data gathering, data analysis, system or process testing and improvement.  Her industry experience is vast which include, but not limited to, telecommunications, network engineering, transportation, insurance, and, banking.  She has worked on improvement of accounting systems / work order reporting, order processing systems, number ordering systems, shipping logistics, technical assistance systems, and, consultant evaluation systems.

Holds a degree in Engineering, Certificate in “Geographic Information Systems”, Certificate in “Microsoft C++”, and has working knowledge of the following platforms: MVS/ESA Operating System, IMS DC, CICS, Natural 3.3.2 and COBOL / DB2, Expediter, Natural Debugger, Construct and MQ Series.
